Private activities:

Any activity which is offered privately for the main booker and his group only.

• In case of a reservation cancellation up to one month prior to your booking: full refund guaranteed.*
• In case of a reservation cancellation up to one week prior to your booking: 75% of the full amount will be refunded.*
• In case of a reservation cancellation one week or less prior to your booking: No refund.
  
  *If an external venue has been reserved for the activity, a (partial) refund will only be issued if the external venue agrees to cancel the venue rental without imposing any charges.
  
  

Public activities:

Any activity which is offered as a part of a public group (joining a group of individuals).

• In case of a reservation cancellation up to 48 hours prior to your booking: full refund guaranteed.
  
  

Attraction tickets:

Any ticket which is sold by We Are London / We Are Amsterdam for a 3rd party attraction.

• The ticket is non-refundable.
